Bodkin prepares leaders and leadership teams for the rooms that matter: the board paper, the strategy offsite, the conversation nobody wants to have, the step up into a bigger job. Every engagement is designed around what people will do differently afterwards.

The rates below are starting points. Most work is scoped after a free twenty-minute diagnostic call.

EXECUTIVE COACHING

One-to-one work tied to the real board, the real stakeholders and the real next role.

Single session (60 min) - $650

In person in Sydney or online.

Single session (90 min) - $950

For rehearsal or preparation before a specific moment.

Board-Ready Intensive - $3,700

Four 90-minute sessions ahead of a specific board, investor or panel presentation. Includes a full rehearsal with hostile questioning and a stakeholder map of the decision-makers.

Executive Program: three months - $5,900

Six fortnightly 90-minute sessions, a three-way goal-setting meeting with the sponsor, a written summary after every session, and access between sessions for live moments.

Executive Program: six months - $11,500

Twelve 90-minute sessions, sponsor reviews at the start and midpoint, written summaries, and access between sessions.

Team coaching - $2,400 per session

Two hours for a leadership team of up to eight, with pre-work and a written commitments summary.

WORKSHOPS

Board-Ready, The Rehearsal Room, or a program built for your people.

Half day (up to 3.5 hours, 20 participants) - $5,500

Full day (up to 7 hours, 20 participants) - $8,500

Both include a sponsor briefing call, tailoring, and printed A5 workbooks.

Masterclass (2 hours) - $3,500

For universities, academies, associations and member events.

Groups of 21 to 30 - add $1,200

Custom design - $1,800 per design day

LEADERSHIP CONFERENCES AND OFFSITES

We interview your leaders before we design anything. Every program ends with named, public commitments that carry a metric and a deadline.

One-day offsite - from $14,000

Up to six stakeholder interviews, full design, run sheet, workbook, facilitation, and a written commitments summary within five business days.

Two-day conference - from $26,000

Up to eight stakeholder interviews, full design, run sheet, workbook, sponsor briefing pack, facilitation across both days, and a sponsor debrief.

90-day follow-up - $2,500

Co-facilitator - $2,200 per day

THE REHEARSAL ROOM: PROFESSIONAL ACTORS

Role-play actor, full day - $1,800 per actor

Role-play actor, half day - $1,000 per actor

Forum theatre (half day: lead facilitator, two actors, one custom scenario, up to 30 participants) - $9,500

Scenario writing - $1,800 per design day

KEYNOTES

Keynote (45-60 minutes) - $6,500

Keynote and half-day workshop, same day - $10,500

BOOK MORE, PAY LESS

Three or more workshops booked within 12 months: 10% off each.

Three or more executives from the same organisation on coaching programs: 10% off each program.

Universities and registered charities: 15% off published rates. Actor fees excluded.

Discounts do not stack. The larger one applies.

TERMS

All fees in Australian dollars. Bodkin Training is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged.

Rates apply to work confirmed between 1 October 2026 and 30 June 2027.

Sydney metro delivery included. Elsewhere, travel and accommodation are charged at cost.

Venue and catering are arranged and paid for by the client unless included in a proposal.

Projects over $10,000: 50% on confirmation, balance within 14 days of delivery. Coaching programs: invoiced in full at the start. All other work: 14 days.

Group work cancelled more than 30 days out can be rescheduled within six months at no charge. 14 to 30 days: 50% applies. Inside 14 days: full fee. Coaching sessions need 48 hours notice.

Bodkin frameworks and materials remain the property of Bodkin Training. Clients are licensed to use them internally with program participants.
